We understand how overwhelming planning an event is, let alone your own wedding. This packages allow you to enjoy the wedding bliss and lets us handle as much or as little of the details that you want. We are there to assist in every step of the way from finding the venue, vendor selection to budget management. We keep you organized and on track to make your wedding day better than you’ve ever imagined. Our full wedding packages are perfect for the couple that wants assistance every step of the way or if you are trying to plan a wedding from another state and you want a local anchor, advocating for you every step of the way.
- Full service to our clients throughout the planning stages from start to finish for their big day.
- Pre Site Visits at locations for design planning for wedding ceremony & reception spaces
- site visits with clients (depending on their schedules)

- rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour) as well as full day of wedding coordination
- BB's decorating team (2 to 4 team members) to handle all the finishing touches on wedding day set up of all areas.
- BB’s team handles packing all rentals up and getting ready for pickup by rental company.

Packages begin at $8000.00 & up.
Note: any rentals needed that clients want for design and decor elements will be handled on a separate contract…at additional costs. TBD after design plans are made. Decorating package does not include ceiling work. Includes all areas at ground level.
The package is for the couple that has already done a lot of the legwork planning their wedding (example: secured venue & vendors) but still needs some assistance with the planning process, timeline creation, design work to bring everything together cohesively. Our goal is for you to sit back and relax while we handle the remaining big elements and last minute details for your big day. And…the team loves to decorate our client’s wedding day spaces!
The package is combination of Day of Coordination Package details plus Design & Decorating package.

- 2 design planning sessions (in person or zoom)
- work with client’s florist for florals needed in the design
- Design plans with coordinating rental list provided
- Day of - 3 to 4 BB’s team members handle all the finishing details for ceremony area, cocktail area, and reception area. Decor and spaces are completely done and ready for photographer’s detail shots and wedding guests.
- give recommendations for vendor selection if client needs help.
- Custom communication hub
- up to 2 site visits depending on client's schedule.
- access to us via phone or email up through to the wedding weekend
- room layout design and access to our seating assignment program
- Timeline creations for the big day
- Rehearsal practice (1 hour)

- Up to 10 hours of coverage on wedding day.
- work with your vendors prior to your wedding to coordinate everything with them on their timing and provide timeline to them.

That’s where we come in…we gather all your information and work a timeline for your day. Coordinate your vendor team on day of and there to handle the day so you as well as your family & friends can just enjoy and be present during your beautiful day.

This package is for our couples where their venue might provide a venue day of person. But they need help pulling their ideas together for decorating & design plus they want a team to come in and decorate their wedding day spaces for them so they as well as their loved ones can enjoy the big day.
